Are you still stuck about what to be for Halloween?
Well there is still plenty of time to decide. When I was a kid my mother made a lot of my costumes for Halloween. Ok don’t laugh but one year and I don’t know why I wanted to be the Swedish Chef on the Muppet Show. You know the Chef with the White Chef Hat and used to toss the spoons and other ingedients and mummble in a Swedish accent. I don’t know why I wanted to be him, but I guess I thought he was cool. So my mother made me a white Chef hat and I had a white apron. Oh and I carried some wooden spoons with me. I still can’t remember why I wanted to be him though I probably thought he was cool at the time 
That probably doesn’t help you if you are still trying to decide what to be for Halloween, but just try to think of your favorite character on a TV show or Movie or you could go for the simplest costume of all. What is that you ask? Grab a white sheet and cut some eye holes in it.

I was just looking around and found this place in Fitchburg MA. Its called the Halloween Costume World and Haunted Mansion. I am sure if you live in the Fitchburg area you have heard of it. So anyone that lives in Fall River Ma knows about the Factory of Terror. I cannot believe I haven’t mentioned the Factory of Terror yet.

Creative Halloween Snack for Kids

I just came across this site Creative Momming and wow does she have a really creative idea for a Halloween snack for kids. She took an orange and gutted it. Then cut pumpkin faces into the oranges and then filled the oranges with fruit. What a fun Fruit cup for kids. I think this is such an awesome idea for a kids snack for preschoolers and kids of all ages. Check it out at Creative Mommies!
I had come across this site and showed it to my kids. They loved them and thought they were little pumpkins. I think we will try this out with them. I will be a fun family activity to cut out oranges and fill them with fruit. Its one way to get them to eat fruit!

Pumpkin Carving Stencils

My kids keep talking about getting pumpkins so tomorrow we are actually going to Tony Andrews Farm to get our pumpkins. While we are there we will probably check out the Harvest of Horrors and walk through the Haunted House. We will do this during the day that is cause my kids are too young to walk through it at night. We did this last year and really liked it. They thought it was cool that they could walk through a Haunted House.
We won’t be carving our pumpkins tomorrow as Halloween is just still too far away, but we have been looking at some cool pumpkin carving stencils at Zombie Pumpkins. They have a lot of Great pumpkin carving stencils. Check them out!

Halloween Game on Facebook?

I think my wife is addicted to Facebook. She plays those games on Facebook like the game Fish World and Farm Town. She has like 4 Fish World Tanks that she cleans and feeds fish. You buy eggs or something the fish grow and then you sell them to make fake fish world money.
As you can tell I don’t play the game. It is just a little weird to watch her move her mouse back and fourth to clean the imaginary tank with the imaginary sponge. I know this has nothing to do with halloween, but as I sit here typing this post she is cleaning her Fish World Tank on Facebook. Though I don’t know if Farm Town is any better. She actually plants and harvests vegtables, buys animals, trees and all sorts of other things. I don’t know I just haven’t gotten into this whole Facebook think yet. Maybe someday if they put a Halloween Game on Facebook
