Halloween Coloring and Get a Free Pumpkin
Posted by Go Halloween in Kids Halloween Activities
Well I don’t know if your local Grocery store is doing this, but my wife went to Roche Bros. the other day and they gave her a few Halloween Coloring Sheets for my kids to color. They told her that all the kids have to do is color the Halloween Scene, bring it back to Roche Bros and they will get a Free Pumpkin!
What a Great Idea!
This Free Pumpkin giveaway is happening at participating Roche Bros and Sudbury Farms Grocery Stores. So if you have one of these Grocery Stores in your area you might want to check it out.
My kids are very excited about it and have already colored there Halloween Scene. They are very excited to go to Roche Bros tomorrow and pick out their Pumpkin.
By the way this is not a coloring contest. All entries are Winners! Of course you have to be a child 10 years or younger. So if you have a Roche Bros. or Sudbury Farms Grocery Store in your area you might want to check it out. From the coloring sheet the Free Pumpkin giveaway ends on October 24th. So there is still time to get a Free Pumpkin!

Halloween Activities and Halloween Coloring Pages
Posted by Go Halloween in Halloween, Kids Halloween Activities
Well I have been looking around for some Halloween Activities for my kids. All they want to do is search the internet for different Halloween Coloring Pages. I have been searching and searching on the internet trying to find some Halloween coloring pages.
Honestly it is kinda frustrating doing Google searches looking for Bat Coloring pages or Skeleton Coloring pages. I pull up a few websites and let the kids look at them and they say well I don’t like that one can you find another.
So I keep searching and searching for ones that they like. Which can be difficult. I spend more time searching and waiting for the websites to load then anything else.
Then I found this book that has all these Kids Halloween Activities and Games. It has Halloween activities like Halloween puzzles, Halloween Mazes, and all kinds of Halloween Coloring Pages. Quite honestly it is easier to have this book then to sit and search the internet for all this stuff. It is just nice to have everything in one place. Sure it was $17.97, but it was well worth it. It is keeping them busy now at least for a short amount of time and now I can do my own searching on the internet

How to Make Slime
Posted by Go Halloween in Halloween, Kids Halloween Activities
So do you want to make Slime?
Here is What You Need:
borax powder
water
4 ounce (120 ml) glue (e.g., Elmer’s white glue)
teaspoon
bowl
jar or measuring cup
food coloring (optional)
measuring cup
Here’s How to do it:
1. Pour the glue into the jar. If you have a big bottle of glue, you want 4 oz or 1/2 cup of glue.
2. Fill the empty glue bottle with water and stir it into the glue (or add 1/2 cup of water).
3. If desired, add food coloring. Otherwise, the slime will be an opaque white.
In a separate, mix one cup (240 ml) of water into the bowl and add 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of borax powder.
4. Slowly stir the glue mixture into the bowl of borax solution.
5. Place the slime that forms into your hands and knead until it feels dry. (Don’t worry about the excess water remaining in the bowl.)
6. The more the slime is played with, the firmer and less sticky it will become.
Of cours above all Have fun!
Tip: Use white glue, such as Elmer’s brand. It works the Best!
After you have made the slime to make it even creepier why not put some plastic bugs and spiders in it!
